How To Order

 

Once we have your order...

Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email. When your order has been processed we will email you the expected ship date. We try to maintain inventory so that we can ship your order within 3 to 5 days. However, we may not always have the items you want in stock. If an item is not currently in stock, we will let you know wehn it will be available and when you can expect it to ship.

Shipping and Handling

Spirit Dreams ships USPS Priority Mail and follows their rate schedule, plus our handling charges. In stock products are shipped within 3 days of receiving your order, Monday-Saturday. For items that are temporarily out of stock, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks delivery.

Cancellations and Returns

if you need to change or cancel your order after you have submitted it, please e-mail us at orders@spiritdreamsgr.com or call us at 616.456.9889. If any product does not meet your satisfaction, for any reason, just return it in the same condition, within 14 days of the shipping date, for a courteous refund, exchange or credit. Please be sure to e-mail us at orders@spiritdreamsgr.com as soon as possible if you plan to return an item. Please note that shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
